This is January's Game Changers Meetup. We discussed Reliability & Validity of the Floor Transfer Test. (FTT)

The Big Takeaways:

  • FTT can be a useful, quick screen for certain patients.
  • Can give you a good insight into functional mobility & independence.
  • We see a particularly useful application in community dwelling older adults.
  • Great to see Floor Transfers in the literature as we feel this should be a larger part of our plans of care.
